Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations of one or more warehouse locations supporting telecom/FTTH construction projects. This role oversees the receiving, storage, issuing, and tracking of materials and ensures all inventory is accurately documented both physically and within company systems. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical part in ensuring field crews receive the materials they need on time and in proper condition.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for an assigned warehouse location or multiple locations
- Receive, inspect, and issue materials and supplies in support of field construction activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular physical audits and reconciliation with warehousing systems
- Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficient material flow
- Coordinate ordering and purchasing of materials when stock levels require replenishment
- Transport materials to job sites or between warehouse locations when necessary
- Maintain detailed records, logs, and documentation for inventory, material issues, and warehouse activity
- Strong computer literacy, including use of inventory systems, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow structured processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot material and inventory discrepancies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also coordinating with field teams and management.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Ability to travel between warehouse sites and job locations as needed
