Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, supplies, and assets
- Implement and maintain stock issue and control systems
- Maintain accurate inventory of all items issued, received, and stored
- Assign, track, and maintain assets, materials, CPE, vehicles, tools, and uniforms
- Conduct monthly physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies
- Support fleet coordination, maintenance, and asset reporting
- Operate and train others on equipment (e.g., forklifts, box trucks)
- Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, vendors, and customers
- Assist with scheduling, ordering, and vendor management
- Inventory accuracy
- Asset assignment tracking compliance
- Monthly inventory completion and reconciliation accuracy
- Warehouse safety
- Timeliness of asset/material issuance and replenishment
- Vehicle and equipment readiness
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of warehouse operations or asset management experience
- Prior experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with materials tracking systems and inventory audits
- Warehouse operations, receiving, and asset tracking systems
- Fleet coordination and tool/equipment management
- Communication with vendors and operations teams
- Compliance with safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to stand, walk, and sit 6–8 hours daily

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to safely operate warehouse vehicles and drive company box trucks
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
