Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff or departments
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; assist with outbound shipments
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, documents, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and inventory of office supplies
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and requests for information
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine administrative issues
- Serve as a communication bridge between staff, departments, and external contacts
- Provide general administrative support to office leadership and staff as needed
Education:

Experience
- 1–2 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience with office equipment and communication tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and communication etiquette
- Experience working in a fast-paced, professional office environment
- Exposure to multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
