What You’ll OwnThis role has a defined structure. You won’t be doing everything — you’ll own the right things, with room to grow into the rest.You’ll lead 2- 3 of ITAF’s 5 core leadership pillars:

1. Licensing & ComplianceYou hold the clinical standard. Documentation quality, regulatory adherence, licensing requirements — you’re the person the team looks to when the answer matters. If something is out of alignment, you catch it and correct it.

2. Client Services: You set the bar for how clients experience ITAF. That means overseeing care quality, consistency, and outcomes — not just your own caseload, but the standard across the team you lead.

3. Growth: You’re not just running what exists — you’re helping build what’s next. Partner with leadership to develop services, identify gaps, and expand the location’s reach. This includes direct ownership of building a referral program including for an underserved Spanish-speaking population in Salem/Cumberland County. This work matters and almost nobody else in the area is doing it at this level.Exposure as you develop: Operations and team development are the next two pillars — and you’ll have visibility into both from day one. ITAF builds leaders with depth before breadth. When you’re ready to take on more, the path is there. Day-to-Day

• Carry a direct caseload (~25 clients) using CBT, DBT, and evidence-based modalities
• Oversee documentation quality and ensure team adherence to compliance standards
• Partner with leadership on service design, program development, and community outreach
• Contribute to the development and launch of any addition to the mental health program at this location

Who We’re Looking ForRequired:

• Active NJ license: LSW, LAC, or LAMFT
• 5 years of clinical experience in mental health
• 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Commitment to underserved and at-risk populations
