It Takes A Family (ITAF) is growing, and we're looking for compassionate therapists to provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) services to children, teens, and families throughout Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties.
Whether you're looking to supplement your current job, gain valuable clinical experience, or build your private caseload, we give you the flexibility to work the way you want.
Compensation
- $75 per hour – LSW, LAC, LAMFT
- $90 per hour – LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Earn an additional $2,800–$4,200 each month
- Paid per face-to-face clinical session
You Control Your Schedule
Work 5–15 billable hours per week
- Choose the counties you want to serve
- Accept only the referrals that fit your schedule and location
- Build your caseload at your own pace
