Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide first and second-level IT support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune environments.
- Configure and deploy laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Deliver onsite and remote support to employees.
- Maintain ticket documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Create an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Outstanding customer service mindset.
- Experience supporting Azure Active Directory authentication and user management.
- Ability to support cloud-based applications.
- ITSM and ITIL experience.
- Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
- Ability to manage tickets, calls, and chats simultaneously.
