What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all accounting, finance, and administrative functions
- Build and own budgeting and forecasting to support aggressive growth
- Partner with banks, auditors, bonding agents, and insurers
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax coordination, and compliance
- Support project lifecycle financials, contracts, and risk management
- Serve as a hands-on leader, including Controller backup duties
- Mentor emerging leaders and build financial acumen across the business
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- 10 years of solid accounting leadership experience
- Active CPA (required)
- Construction industry experience REQUIRED (GC side strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to build financial infrastructure in a growth environment
- Demonstrated success managing banking, bonding, and insurance relationships
- Natural executive presence with strong interpersonal and mentorship ability
- Track record of long-term tenure and organizational impact
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
