Compensation
- $80,000 - $90,000
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support for business-critical applications and assist users via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and system outages.
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise and engineering software platforms.
- Support device management and cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Intune and Azure.
- Manage application health checks, system performance monitoring, and configuration improvements.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates, integrations, and workflow improvements.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Experience supporting engineering applications such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor, PLS-CADD, FAD Tools, or ArcGIS.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as JD Edwards, Concur, or Kronos.
- Experience managing devices and users through Microsoft Intune.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines and storage.
- Ability to write SQL queries and support application data troubleshooting.
