Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area following food safety standards and food handling protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while performing cashiering duties; process payments securely.
- Support catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving drinks promptly and managing multiple tables or sections.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments within the food industry or hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Experience with retail math for cash handling and basic math skills for accurate order processing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
