Duties
- Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Mac OS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of VPN connections and firewall settings.
- Support computer networking tasks, including setup and management of network devices.
- Utilize Jira for tracking issues, managing tickets, and documenting solutions.
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical needs and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance overall system performance and security.
Experience
- Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting software issues.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
