- Assist with desktop support tasks, including setup and maintenance of mobile devices and peripherals.
- Support network administration tasks.
- Utilize tools for tracking support tickets.
- Conduct analysis of system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
