Duties

- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems on various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Manage computer hardware installations and configurations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist with desktop support tasks, including setup and maintenance of mobile devices and peripherals.
- Support network administration tasks such as managing LAN connections, VPN configurations, and firewall settings.
- Utilize tools for tracking support tickets.
- Conduct analysis of system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
