Position: Business/Data Analyst
Location: Kansas City, Kansas
Duration: Contract C2C
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 6 years of hands-on business analysis & data analysis
- Domain experience in the insurance industry, P&C insurance is preferred
- Ability to articulate complex issues to non- technical audiences
- Excellent in analytical thinking for addressing business needs via data analysis solutions
- Experience in data analysis using SQL
- Al/GenAl experience in prompt engineering is a plus
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities would be:
- Build and maintain a trusted relationship with our internal business partners.
- Collaborate with business colleagues to brainstorm and shape ideas, define MVP requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications aligned with the long-term product vision
- Capture complex business requirements and define corresponding solutions working closely with the business community
- Build test scenarios and perform functional testing Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and suggest solutions
- Support development defect resolution and/or operational/production incident and problem solutions
- Support production incident and problem management and support production Go-Live activities
