About the Role
Join a collaborative and high-performing Endpoint Administration team supporting enterprise endpoint modernization. This role is hands-on and dynamic, with a strong focus on imaging, configuration, inventory fulfillment, and user support across physical and virtual devices. You’ll be part of a team that values flexibility, ownership, and continuous improvement—especially as they navigate a merger and expand responsibilities.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Image, configure, and deploy enterprise endpoints (Windows, MacOS, Cisco phones, virtual desktops).
- Support inventory processing and asset tracking using ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues, including advanced break-fix scenarios.
- Lead virtual new user orientation sessions and contribute to internal knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with support teams as an escalation point for endpoint-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies like Autopilot, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Follow ITIL standards and contribute to process optimization.
✅ What You Bring
- 1 year experience imaging physical/virtual endpoints.
- 1 year experience using ticketing systems and meeting SLAs.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune, Trellix, ManageEngine, Tanium).
- Competency in Active Directory and endpoint security configuration.
- Intermediate support experience across Windows 10/11, MacOS, Android, iOS.
- Ability to context switch in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Experience with scripting and automation.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS highly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree and AZ-900 certification preferred.
