The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, loves sourcing hard-to-find talent, and is passionate about building relationships with skilled professionals. This is a hands-on recruiting role requiring creativity, urgency, and relentless follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, production, operations, and skilled trades positions.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain pipelines of manufacturing technicians, production operators, welders, assemblers, quality professionals, supervisors, and other operational talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Conduct candidate screening interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
Coordinate interview processes and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Track recruiting activity and pipeline metrics through the ATS.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent in highly competitive markets.
Support hiring initiatives for rapid production scaling and facility growth.
Required Qualifications
2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, production, aerospace, automotive, defense, energy, or industrial organizations.
Strong sourcing capability with demonstrated success finding passive candidates.
Experience recruiting high-volume manufacturing and production positions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and ownership.
