Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through settlement, arbitration, or trial.
- Conduct case evaluations, liability analysis, and damages assessments.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and settlement demands.
- Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Develop litigation strategies and work closely with experts, medical providers, and investigators.
- Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
- Maintain consistent client communication and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
- Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.
- Stay current on California personal injury laws, procedural rules, and litigation trends.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 4 years of personal injury experience.
Salary : $200,000 - $220,000
