Track agent-driven delivery metrics across lanes — cycle time, deployment frequency, defect escape rate, code churn, agent override rate, and escalation rate — and roll them into portfolio-level reporting.
Maintain the audit trail and traceability record at a portfolio level, ensuring specs, approvals, and sign-offs are complete and retrievable across lanes.
Build and maintain portfolio dashboards and status reporting for the VP of Technology Operations and Delivery and Lane Sponsors.
Draft materials for the monthly strategic alignment review between Lane Sponsors and the CDTO.
Translate delivery and agentic-health metrics into clear, business-language updates for non-technical stakeholders.
Support Product Owners and Technical Analysts in applying the spec (Agent Task Brief) template consistently across lanes.
Help refine the prioritization framework and ceremony cadence based on what's working lane to lane.
Partner with the VP of Technology Operations and Deliveryto evolve governance frameworks, templates, and standards as the delivery practice matures.
Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Technology Program Manager include:
4 years of project/program management experience, ideally spanning multiple concurrent workstreams or a portfolio of initiatives.
Comfortable working with both traditional delivery metrics (timeline, budget, scope) and software-delivery-specific signals (cycle time, deployment frequency, defect escape rate).
Experience building or maintaining cross-team dependency tracking and risk escalation processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate delivery status into clear, business-relevant updates.
Comfortable operating in a matrixed structure with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic software development practices, or a strong interest in learning how AI agents change delivery risk and governance.
Familiarity with construction, engineering, or field services industries.
