We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and charismatic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer questions
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items
- Assist in creating engaging social media content (photos, videos, captions, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team to promote products and in-store events online
- Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers
Qualifications:
