The right candidate will be groomed for future advancement into a supervisory position. Key Responsibilities:• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping• Serve as a point of contact for team members and help coordinate workflow• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to implement process improvements• Train and mentor new team members Qualifications:• 3-4 years of experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment• Familiarity with Camelot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar WMS/ERP systems• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to lead by example and take initiative• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Growth Opportunity:This role is designed for someone with leadership potential.
