The Warehouse Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in Chino, CA. The role involves supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities such as shipping and receiving, packing, and inventory management. Responsibilities include overseeing the unloading of deliveries, efficient organization of goods, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks. The Warehouse Lead will play a key role in maintaining a safe, organized, and well-functioning warehouse environment.
- Experience with Shipping & Receiving and Packing processes
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and inventory tracking systems
- Ability to perform Unloading tasks and operate manual or electric Pallet Jacks
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position preferred
- Familiarity with workplace safety guidelines and best practices
