Position Overview
We are looking for a bilingual Operations Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee daily warehouse and processing operations. This person will lead a team, ensure production goals are met, maintain quality and safety standards, and help improve overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who works well in a fast-paced environment and knows how to motivate and manage a team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and processing operations.
- Lead, train, and coach hourly employees.
- Ensure daily production and processing goals are met.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Help with scheduling, staffing, and resolving employee concerns.
- Ensure proper dishwashing, sanitation, safety, and quality procedures are followed.
- Track productivity and operational goals/KPIs.
- Enforce company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Participate in daily operations and assist the team when needed.
- Help onboard new customers and maintain excellent service.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, food service, restaurant, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on operational role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production goals.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Total Hours: 30-40 week
- Shift 1PM-10:30PM
- Availability: Primarily Monday - Friday but some weekend support may be needed.
Preferred Experience
- Quality, safety, or GMP experience.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
Salary : $20 - $24
