Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead end-to-end hiring for our fast-growing company focusing on Technical Support and Sales functions. This role owns pipeline strategy, recruiting analytics, and candidate experience, ensuring we hire individuals who can thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple departments, with a primary focus on Call Center Technical Support and Sales roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Use innovative screening and selection methods - skills assessments, role-specific simulations, culture-fit evaluations, to identify candidates with long-term potential.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and design tailored recruiting campaigns that align with team goals.
• Post and manage job openings across multiple channels, leveraging referrals, social media, job boards, and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessing both technical and soft skills.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, supporting the future development of more robust analytics, including retention and pipeline strength.
• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience, that reflects ISPN’s culture and values throughout every stage of the hiring process.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, or HR, ideally in high-volume or sales/tech environments.
• Demonstrated success attracting and hiring top talent for both hourly and professional roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain Strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
• Ability to evaluate soft skills and cultural fit, and long-term potential, in addition to technical ability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology tools.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards and recruiting best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred: equivalent experience considered.
