The Racquets Professional/Pickleball Coordinator serves as the primary face of the pickleball program, leading its growth, visibility, and day-to-day engagement while also supporting select tennis lessons, clinics, and events. This role is highly visible and relationship-driven, focused on delivering an exceptional on-court experience and fostering a welcoming, energetic racquets culture.

The Racquets Professional/Pickleball Coordinator serves as the primary face of the pickleball program, leading its growth, visibility, and day-to-day engagement while also supporting select tennis lessons, clinics, and events. This role is highly visible and relationship-driven, focused on delivering an exceptional on-court experience and fostering a welcoming, energetic racquets culture.
- Provide high-quality private and group pickleball lessons for players of all levels
- Assist with tennis private lessons, clinics, and specialty programs as needed
- Lead pickleball clinics, drills, beginner programs, and advanced development sessions
- Partner closely with the Director of Racquets to design and elevate Isleworth’s pickleball programming
- Plan and execute pickleball events, socials, and tournaments that reflect a private club environment
- Serve as a visible and approachable presence for members and guests
- Provide professional shop coverage as needed, delivering elevated retail service
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and product knowledge to enhance the member experience
- Perform racquet stringing services when required
- Assist with court setup, light maintenance, and presentation to ensure courts meet club standards
- RSPA or PPR, Pickleball certification and/or high-level playing and teaching experience
- RSPA or PTR Tennis Certifications preferred
- Prior private club or hospitality experience strongly preferred
