What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Island Trees Veterinary Hospital?
We are seeking a Full-Time customer service representative for a two-doctor veterinary practice located in Hicksville, NY. The ideal candidate is multi-tasking, motivated, energetic team player willing to offer outstanding customer service. Evenings and half day Saturday a must. Salary based on experience which is preferred. Willing to train the right person.
- Ability to answer the phone courteously and deliver clear messages.
- Ability to respond calmly and quickly in a medical emergency.
- Maintain front office, answering phones, scheduling appointments, keeping medical records orderly and complete, managing the computer system, enter bill information quickly and accurately.
Own transportation a must

$18 to $25 an hour
