What You’ll Do as Marketing Director:

- Forge and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice, and Home Care partners
- Drive admissions by ensuring smooth, informed transitions from home, hospital, or other facilities
- Manage all aspects of admission documentation with precision and care
- Serve as the face of our brand in the community, building trust and lasting connections
What You Bring to the Role:
- 3 years of marketing management experience, healthcare experience highly preferred
- Proven success as a Marketing Director, ideally in Senior Living or Skilled Nursing
- Expertise in relationship-building, community outreach, and aggressive yet tactful marketing strategies
- Ability and willingness to travel locally up to 70% of the time
