We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / long-term care setting. This role is perfect for a dietitian who is passionate about improving resident health and looking for a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
Conduct nutritional assessments for residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans
Provide counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and dietary staff for coordinated care
Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and documentation standards
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
Experience in long-term care or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
Strong communication skills and resident-focused approach
