Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Director of Marketing to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading brand and marketing strategies that position Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex as an immersive, experience-driven destination, firmly rooted in NASA’s educational, fact-based, and mission-driven foundation.

Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. What will you do?
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure marketing strategies directly support revenue growth, attendance goals, and long‑term business priorities
- Develop and oversee integrated campaigns across advertising, media, partnerships, digital, social, and content to drive visitation and strengthen brand presence
- Direct public relations efforts to increase media coverage, protect brand reputation, and ensure consistent, compelling messaging in a competitive market
- Lead digital initiatives across website, SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and social platforms to generate ticket sales, group bookings, and repeat visitation
- Oversee content creation that builds emotional connection, inspires curiosity, and deepens brand loyalty, supported by clear analytics and ROI measurement
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional marketing team while managing agencies, budget priorities, KPIs, and executive reporting to meet revenue and attendance targets
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in attractions, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or related industries
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, public relations, and event promotion
- Experience managing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
