Landscape Project Manager – Full-Time
About Us:
Island Home Service is a fast growing landscaping company in Southwest Florida, specializing in commercial and residential maintenance and installations. We deliver high-quality landscapes and are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of our installation projects and help us grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all landscape installation projects from start to finish
- Schedule crews, track progress, and ensure projects stay on budget
- Manage material orders and coordinate deliveries
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
- Communicate directly with clients, designers, and management
- Monitor budgets, margins, and project profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years in landscape or construction project management
- Excellent knowledge of Aspire Landscape Software (required)
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
- Comfortable working on-site and in the office
