Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement Crew Leader – Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $22–$26 per hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Year-Round Work

We are hiring experienced Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement Crew Leaders for our growing Fort Myers operation.

We are looking for leaders who can independently manage a crew of 3–5, maintain strong quality standards, keep jobs moving efficiently, and take ownership of the daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape crew of 3–5
• Manage daily routes, job schedules, and crew productivity
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, and cleanup
• Perform and oversee shrub and hedge trimming
• Maintain landscape beds and complete detail pruning
• Perform and oversee landscape enhancements, plant installations, removals, bed improvements, and small landscape projects
• Ensure weeds, debris, and property details are addressed properly
• Inspect each property or job before leaving to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate expectations clearly to crew members
• Keep the crew working safely, efficiently, and productively
• Maintain responsibility for company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment
• Report irrigation issues, property concerns, damages, material needs, and additional work opportunities to management
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance on customer properties

Requirements

• Professional landscape experience required
• Previous crew leader or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and/or landscape enhancement work
• Experience with mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, and property detailing
• Ability to independently manage a crew and daily work schedule
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to safely operate company trucks and trailers
• English communication skills required
• Spanish or bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be dependable and maintain consistent attendance
• Must be able to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to work safely and efficiently
• Commercial and HOA landscape experience strongly preferred

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Year-round employment
• Overtime opportunities available
• Occasional Saturday work may be required

Compensation

$22–$26 per hour, depending on experience, leadership ability, and skill level.

Higher pay may be available for exceptional candidates and proven top performers who can independently manage a crew while consistently delivering strong quality and productivity.
