What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Project Coordinator position at ISE LABS INC AND SUBSIDIARY?
Summary: The Project Coordinator supports the ISE Labs Engineering Team by managing project logistics, schedules, and customer coordination while developing the technical and commercial skills required to support semiconductor test programs.
This role is designed to grow into a technical program support function, including the ability to develop Statements of Work (SOWs), understand semiconductor test methodologies (ATE, RF, and reliability), and contribute to programs supporting HPC and AI hardware platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Program & Project Coordination
- Develop and maintain project schedules for new product introductions (NPI)
- Coordinate customer timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track engineering system utilization and support capacity planning
- Provide regular customer updates on project status, milestones, and billing
- Customer & Commercial Support
- Help team to generate cost estimates based on engineering input and project scope and working with vendor
- Assist in the development and refinement of Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Review customer purchase orders, sales orders, and work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Support invoicing and billing coordination
- Engineering Operations Support
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for ATE systems and engineering resources
- Manage hardware flow including receiving, tracking, and shipment of customer material
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and documentation
- Prepare products and documentation for domestic and international shipment
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Interface with engineering, operations, and customer teams to ensure alignment
- Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and track follow-ups
- Support conference and customer visit logistics as needed
- Process & Compliance
- Ensure activities comply with internal procedures, ISO standards, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation for project tracking and audit readiness
- Development & Growth Expectations
- Develop working knowledge of:
- Semiconductor test methodologies (ATE, RF, HTOL, and reliability)
- Test flows and hardware used in advanced devices
- Build understanding of how semiconductor test supports HPC and AI systems, including high-performance compute and data center applications
- Progress toward independently supporting SOW creation and customer program planning

Education and/or Experience:
AA or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent or 3 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with project tracking tools or ERP systems is a plus
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment
- Interest in developing technical knowledge in semiconductor test and advanced computing applications
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift or move 5-20 lbs. frequently.
