What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at ISE LABS INC AND SUBSIDIARY?
Summary: This position monitors and maintains financial activities and provides financial reporting support for the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Update the monthly rolling P & L forecast
- Analyze cost and sales of Hardware
- Prepare monthly GL accounts reconciliation and analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting package
- Prepare ASE monthly review reports
- Prepare internal operations review reports
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, cost models, and tester OEE.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process. Interact and assist the department managers in the preparation of the budget
- Coordinate in quarterly and yearly audit
- Check monthly Sales & Use Tax file
- Fixed Assets control
- Reconcile the property register to the FA master file. Review and file the annual property tax return
- Prepare year end tax provision calculation
- Prepare government report quarterly & annually
- Special projects as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Accounting
- CPA is a preferred
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
- Requires considerable knowledge of: modern office methods and procedures; modern business English, spelling and arithmetic; the operations of common office machines and equipment.
- Requires considerable ability to: use good judgment in making routine decisions in accordance with existing laws, ordinances, regulations and departmental policies and procedures; establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with departmental personnel and customers.
Computer Skills:
- MS Great Plains and Business Central preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite, advanced excel skills preferred
- MS FRx Reporting Tool preferred

- Ability to handle multiple detailed oriented tasks
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Chinese speaking preferred
