Description
- Take customer orders, schedule and coordinate trucks to correctly dispatch to job sites.
- Ensure accuracy of information on all bills of ladings.
- Answer telephones.
- Responsible for record keeping and filing.
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Windows & Google Suite experience
- Organizational skills and strong people skills required.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with Google Suite is required.
