A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE(CSR)/DISPATCH
You arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are heard and receive the best customer service possible, as a Customer Service Representative / CSR. You love that you spend most of your day in an office environment on the phone or computer. Besides providing customer service, you complete various other tasks as assigned. At the end of the day, you feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and Word (a plus!)
- Strong verbal communication skills
