The Human Resources Business Partner Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- 5 years professional-level experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting required.
