A facility near La Crosse, Wi is seeking a Hospice Social Worker to join their hospice and palliative care team!
Pay Range: $29-$40/hr (based on experience)
Hospice Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct-hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; Day Shift
- Open to newly licensed social workers
- Some traveling to patients may be required
- Hospice Social Worker provides emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination for patients with serious or terminal illnesses and their families, helping them navigate end-of-life decisions with compassion
Hospice Social Worker Qualifications:
- Hospice Social worker must have Master's in Social Work
- Possess or be eligible for Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification
- One year of healthcare social work experience required
- Previous hospice/palliative care training/volunteer work preferred
