About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Powersports Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll assemble and prep a wide range of makes and models — including motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles — ensuring every unit meets manufacturer specifications and is ready for a safe, high-quality delivery to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Assemble a variety of powersports units (motorcycles, ATVs, and more) across multiple makes and models according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) per manufacturer specs to ensure every unit is safe and ready for customer delivery
- Safely move and maneuver motorcycles and ATVs throughout the shop and showroom floor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support overall shop efficiency
- Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Identify and report any assembly or mechanical issues that arise during the build or inspection process
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience assembling or servicing motorcycles, ATVs, or other powersports equipment preferred
- Comfortable and confident safely handling and moving motorcycles and ATVs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow manufacturer specifications precisely
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Motorcycle license/endorsement is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift, push, and maneuver heavy equipment as needed
