If you're currently a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, we'd especially love to talk with you. Powersports experience is a plus, but it isn't required. If you know how to take care of customers, communicate effectively, and keep repairs moving, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our technicians. You'll help ensure every customer receives clear communication, honest recommendations, and an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers and create an outstanding first impression
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
• Prepare repair orders and coordinate repairs with technicians
• Communicate estimates and obtain customer approval
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Recommend maintenance and services that genuinely benefit the customer
• Coordinate warranty repairs and manufacturer claims
• Schedule service appointments
• Review completed repairs with customers at delivery
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused service department

• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
• Previous Service Advisor, Service Writer, automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or equipment dealership experience is preferred—but not required.
