Role Summary
Build and run a repeatable outreach program that generates qualified pipeline for:
- Iris Technology Group — MSP & VoIP/3CX
- Nye Technical Services — Access Control, Camera Systems, Low-Voltage
Own outbound, partner co-marketing, and CRM execution to convert MQLs → SQLs → opportunities.
Location & Reporting
- Location: Lancaster, PA (hybrid); local travel across Lancaster/Lititz/Harrisburg/York, Western PA, and Eastern OH
- Reports to: CEO
What You’ll Do
- Design & run multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, mailers) for our 10–100 user ICP
- Coordinate with existing marketing partners/agencies on content, paid, webinars, and mailers
- Launch co-marketing with vendors (Microsoft/3CX, security hardware/VMS, distributors)
- Build referral/COI networks (CRE, chambers, GCs, property managers, hospitality, education)
- Qualify to BANT/CHAMP, schedule discovery/site surveys, keep CRM stages & next steps clean
- Stand up a parallel program for NTS (access control/cameras/low-voltage)
- Report weekly on meetings set, pipeline by source, conversion rates, CPL/CAC, deliverability

- Weekly first meetings across both lines of business
- 3–4× pipeline coverage with accurate forecasting
- Improving MQL→SQL and SQL→Opportunity conversion
- Growing partner-sourced pipeline share
- Reduced CPL/CAC; stronger reply/meeting rates
- For Nye: steady lift in site surveys and qualified proposals
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in B2B business development/demand gen (MSP/IT, telecom/VoIP, or physical security/low-voltage preferred)
- Built outbound programs & partner co-marketing that drive net-new meetings
- Skilled with CRM, sequences, list building, and data hygiene; metrics-driven and organized
- Excellent written & verbal outreach; confident with executive conversations
- Nice-to-have: HubSpot, Apollo/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zomentum, 3CX dialing, ZoomInfo/LeadIQ

Compensation & Benefits
