Role Details:
Title: Infrastructure Project Manager
Work Model: Hybrid (Newark, NJ – 2–3 days onsite per week)

- Managing multiple medium-to-large scale IT Infrastructure projects
- End-of-Life (EOL) Infrastructure (HW/SW) remediation
- Vulnerability remediation, compliance, and modernization initiatives
- Process improvement and optimization
Job Description:
As part of the Security, Delivery, and Portfolio (SDP) team, you will be responsible for executing operational sustainability projects, including remediation of EOL infrastructure, vulnerability management, compliance initiatives, modernization efforts, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple medium to large-scale IT infrastructure projects
- Conduct application architecture assessments and define solutions for complex challenges
- Design, customize, and execute migration workflows
- Identify project risks and interdependencies; proactively develop mitigation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business units
- Drive project execution, resolve issues, and provide course correction when required
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Prepare and present updates to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects/programs, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consensus-building skills
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- PMP or CSM certification is a plus
- Experience in vulnerability management is preferred
