IPS Packaging is looking for a driven and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our Procurement team and help support the continued growth and performance of our supply chain operations.
This role is more than spreadsheets and reporting — you’ll play a key role in improving inventory performance, supporting procurement strategy, monitoring market trends, optimizing supplier performance, and helping drive operational efficiency across the organization. What You'll Do- Build and maintain inventory and supply chain reporting through daily data processing and analysis
- Monitor inventory levels, aging inventory, stock imbalances, and supply chain trends across the distribution network
- Identify inventory irregularities, stock-out risks, and process gaps while recommending proactive solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics that support inventory, sourcing, purchasing, and operational decision-making
- Transform raw data into actionable business insights for pricing analysis, inventory optimization, and supplier performance tracking
- Maintain pricing repositories, vendor agreements, rebate tracking, and non-stock costing updates
- Support spend analysis, diversity spend tracking, price index monitoring, and commodity strategy initiatives
- Manage Special Stock and Deadstock programs, including reporting, financial impact analysis, and cross-functional resolution efforts
- Coordinate overstock inventory reporting across departments and platforms
- Research and resolve reporting discrepancies while supporting monthly reporting initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to improve operational readiness and supply chain performance
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and process improvements to increase productivity and profitability
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Power BI experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, operations analytics, or related fields preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ISM/APICS Certification (CPSM) is a plus
