Job Description:
- Manage and maintain data integrity across Clarity and Outlook platforms.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into Clarity and Outlook systems.
- Administer Clarity tool, including user support, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Ensure consistency and quality of data through proactive monitoring and validation.
- Review and refine process documentation to support operational efficiency.
- Conduct basic user acceptance testing to validate system changes and enhancements.
- Collaborate using SharePoint for documentation and workflow management.
- Track and manage tasks and issues using Jira.
- Document and share knowledge using Confluence.
