- Technical Skills
- Certify new voice carriers by testing various VoIP call flows using SIP Trunk connectivity
- Troubleshoot call setup issues and work closely with partners to resolve them
- Certify and test SIP-based voice applications including:
- IP phones
- Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
- Session Border Controllers (SBC)
- Call switching platforms
- Document test results, configurations, and certification outcomes
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for voice infrastructure validation
