Location: Council Bluffs, IA (on-site position)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Do you enjoy curriculum development and processes? Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing complex information and systems? Join a collaborative, student-focused team where your work directly supports the foundation of academic programs and institutional improvement. Working closely with leadership, the Curriculum Coordinator leads the college’s curriculum process—from maintaining internal and state-level systems to updating the online catalog and ensuring accurate, up-to-date program data with external agencies. This role also contributes to a variety of projects in Academic Affairs, including assessment, strategic planning, and institutional effectiveness. Strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail are essential, as you’ll coordinate timelines, prepare reports, maintain academic records, and support faculty and staff through training and process guidance.
