Job Description
Maintains Provider schedule and performs duties in a timely and efficient manner.
Receives and returns all calls for the provider
Works from EMR work queues
Makes referrals and assists nurse with referral paperwork
Makes appointments
Provides open and timely communication with team, patients, their families and significant others.
Ensures effective telephone communication.
Proficient use of EMR including documentation and scheduling process.
Demonstrates awareness of HIPPA.
Demonstrates commitment to education, knowledge sharing and workflow of the clinic.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Clinical Experience Preferred
Adult and Child Mandatory Reporter within 6 months of hire
