Job Description:

No weekends no Holidays
Clinic leadership position available in our Ft. Dodge Clinic.
- Involves and empowers staff to meet strategic, organizational, department and individual performance goals through coaching/mentoring staff.
- Acts as a liaison between hospital facility departments and clinic staff.
- Maintains rural health standards.
- Provides supervisory and managerial direction to staff in all capacities.
- Creates and maintains clinic staff and provider schedules.
- Knowledge of hospital-wide safety and infection control policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze, understand rules and regulations as they apply to Iowa Specialty Clinic operations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in leadership or clinical experience preferred
- RN/LPN certificate or Current Iowa Registered Nursing License
- Quality experience or certification preferred
- BLS (Or 6 months from Hire)
