As part of Primary Health Care, Inc's program The Project, this role will work with a variety of patients who are at risk or living with HIV alongside Case Managers in an integrated care setting.

Position Highlights
- Work/Life Balance: flexible schedule within clinic hours of 8:00a-5:00p with no call & no weekends
- Full-Time Role: 40 hours/week seeing on average 20 patients per day
- Financial Support: Eligible for student loan repayment through state & federal programs
- Competitive Salary: $92,400-$138,600 depending upon experience
- EHR: Ochin Epic

Requirements
What you’ll need
- 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
- Graduation from an accredited/approved NP program
- Licensed by the Iowa Board of Nursing as a NP
- Graduation from an accredited AMA-approved PA program and/or certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.
- Licensed by the Iowa Board of Professional Licensure; licensed to practice in Iowa.
Salary : $92,400 - $138,600
