Role Details
- Clinic Hours: Mon, Tues, Fri 8am-5pm & Wed, Thur 8am-8pm
- Schedule: 5 day work week with 1 evening per week (11:30a-8p); light call schedule with 1:6 nights/weekends for outpatient, Urgent Care, & rural patients
- Sees on average 12-14 patients per day
- Provider team includes: 5 physicians (including the Co-Medical Director), 6 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Physician Assistant. This location also includes an OB clinic with 1 OB-GYN and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
- EHR: Epic
- Student Loan Repayment: Eligible working site for federal student loan repayment programs
- Competitive Salary: base salary $236,000 depending upon experience with quarterly production incentives available. Relocation reimbursement options also available.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa
Salary : $236,000
