The final piece of our puzzle is a seasoned sales leader who can effectively hire, develop, and motivate our ticket sales team to reach our goals. This is an opportunity loaded with potential for record-setting growth.

The Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue through season tickets, group sales, individual game tickets, and customized packages. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with strong analytical skills, a passion for building customer relationships, and the ability to drive team performance and deliver exceptional service to fans and corporate partners. This position will report directly to the Team President.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Generation:
Develop and lead strategies to maximize ticket sales revenue across multiple demographic bases.
Oversee prospecting and lead generation for new season ticket holders, groups, and single-game buyers.
Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, and Merchandise departments to design and execute innovative ticket packages and promotional offers.
Manage pricing, inventory, and budget forecasting for all ticketing initiatives.

Sales Strategy & Performance:
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
Analyze ticket sales trends and performance data to inform strategy adjustments.
Utilize CRM and ticketing platforms for pipeline management and reporting.

Customer Service:
Create and implement high standards for fan service and experience.
Oversee the resolution of customer service inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with ticket holders.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate Account Executives and Sales Interns to exceed sales goals.
Provide consistent coaching, development plans, and performance evaluations.
Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement.

Operations Management:
Oversee all facets of ticket operations, including technology, analytics, and day-to-day box office functions.
Work closely with finance and IT on ticketing systems, financial reporting, and compliance.

Other Duties
Attend networking events and industry conferences to generate leads and build relationships.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and partner information in CRM.
Contribute to the overall success of the Iowa Heartlanders organization by promoting the team and providing excellent customer service. 

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ticket sales or sports business, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of success in revenue generation, customer service, and team management.
Strong understanding of ticketing operations, CRM, analytics, and budgeting.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.   
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

COMPENSATION:
Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package in addition to a competitive base salary and large bonus opportunities based on performance.
