Duties

• Plan, organize, and execute engaging entertainment activities and events tailored to diverse guest groups.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown of entertainment spaces.
• Interact with guests to promote participation, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
• Handle guest concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries related to entertainment offerings and resort amenities.
• Maintain safety protocols during activities, including lifeguard responsibilities if applicable.
• Support food service operations during events by assisting with food presentation and guest interactions when needed.
• Use effective public speaking skills to host shows or lead group activities confidently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all entertainment programs while fostering a fun environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in events management or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns diplomatically.
• Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create memorable experiences.
• Experience in food service or resort environments is a plus.
• Lifeguard experience or certification is advantageous for poolside activities.
• Ability to work effectively with children and manage lively group settings.
• Public speaking abilities to confidently lead activities or host events.
• Background in theater or performing arts can enhance your engagement skills.
