This is a 360° full‑sales recruitment role, where you’ll build your own portfolio of clients, source top technology talent, and manage the entire recruitment cycle from first call to final placement.

What You’ll Do
- Develop new business and build long‑term client relationships
- Source, qualify and manage top Tech & Digital talent
- Write job ads, screen candidates, and manage interviews
- Run the full 360 recruitment process from intake to placement
- Negotiate terms and secure partnerships
- Provide an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates
